Emilio Mula and Sara Hammond are both trained in Permaculture – an approach to designing human systems based on how natural ecosystems work.
Emilio is transitioning from the world of creative multimedia design, filmmaking and 3D animation to the far more exciting world of forest gardening and other community-scale food growing systems. He is on the pioneering Sustainable Horticulture course in Dartington. His priority is to channel his energy and experience into helping as many people as possible to understand the transition we are going through, empowering them to prepare for the changes ahead.
Sara is a qualified Craniosacral Therapist, working on co-designing a genuinely resilient and radically different healthcare system from the one we have now. Her background is in Anthropology, with a particular focus on how human cultures have lived and thrived in balance with their natural environments. She has spent time with Permaculture projects and Transition Initiatives in Australia, New Zealand and Spain.
